For starters, Tiffany and Dan are natives of Clark County, Ohio. Both of us grew up around Springfield and have been relatively close our entires lives. We encountered this crazy thing called Young Life while in high school and our lives were forever changed. Through the ministry of Young Life we both came to know the God of the Universe and knew we had to tell other kids about Him. Upon entering college Tiffany and Dan both became volunteer Young Life leaders. After four years of leading in college, Tiffany began teaching high school special education and started a branch of Young Life for students with special needs called Capernaum. Dan decided that he was being called to go on Young Life staff full-time, and was lucky enough to get to do that in Springfield, his hometown. Fours years later, in 2012, we felt the Lord's tug at our hearts to step out of our comfort zones and continue our ministry elsewhere-- in Toledo, Ohio. We also have an awesome one-year-old son named Jonah, and unlike the Jonah of the Old Testament, we've decided to follow the Lord's call to Toledo the first time, so we don't end up in the belly of a whale!
